Type M plug and socket
Three large round pins in a triangle (BS 546 15 A). Earthed. Rated 15 A. Used in South Africa, Lesotho, Eswatini, Namibia, Botswana; also India and Sri Lanka for heavy appliances.
Like Type D but with much larger pins. The traditional South African socket, now being phased out in favour of Type N but still the most common.
